Amart Club Trial Terms & Conditions 

1.1 Amart offers its in-store customers at certain stores the opportunity to join its Amart Club and access member discounts on selected ranges (as described below), by subscribing and consenting to receive marketing material. Amart reserves the right to refuse any application to join the Amart Club program, in its sole discretion (exercised reasonably). 

1.2 By joining the Amart Club program: 

1.2.1. you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy; 

1.2.2 you acknowledge that membership in the Amart Club program is subject to being subscribed to marketing material; 

1.2.3 you acknowledge that by providing your personal information, an account will be created in your name to store your Amart Club program details. Any data collected will be used, handled, and disclosed by Amart in accordance with our Privacy Policy; 

1.2.4 you agree to receive from Amart by email, mail, SMS and telephone: 

1.2.4.1 marketing or promotional communications about the Amart Club program; and 

1.2.4.2 marketing or promotional communications about Amart more generally. You may elect to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications from Amart by unsubscribing, and you can do so by managing your communication preferences through a function provided in our email communication or SMS. Please note when opting out via the Unsubscribe link within Amart promotional emails, you are opting out from email marketing and your Amart Club membership benefits. When opting out of Amart SMS communications via the opt out link function, you are opting out of SMS marketing only.  

1.3 The following benefits will be made available to members of the Amart Club program: 

1.3.1 discounts on the non-member prices of selected items (such discounts to be determined and items to be selected by Amart from time to time, in its sole discretion). For the avoidance of any doubt, membership benefits will not be available on all Amart products; they will be available on selected items only, from time to time. Discounts on non-member prices will not be available when a product is included in an Amart sale. 

1.4 All members of the Amart Club program must be residents of Australia. 

1.5 A membership in the Amart Club program can only be used at participating stores, and in-store only until otherwise notified by Amart. 

1.6 To be eligible to access any benefits of membership in the Amart Club program: 

1.6.1 you must identify yourself as a member of the Amart Club program before purchase by providing proof you have subscribed to receive marketing material from Amart or; 

1.6.2. you must provide verbal consent to a team member to allow a checkbox on your account at time of purchase to be ticked on your behalf which opts you in to receiving marketing material from Amart. 

1.7 Any benefits of membership in the Amart Club program offered are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Amart may specify additional conditions on the use of any discount vouchers or discount codes at the time they are offered instore or online, that apply to members of the Amart Club program. 

1.8 If you breach these Amart Club program Terms & Conditions, Amart may terminate your membership. 

1.9 You may terminate your membership at any time by unsubscribing using the Unsubscribe function in an Amart promotional email. If you choose to do so, you will no longer be entitled to receive Amart Club member offers or discounts. 

1.10 If we terminate your membership or you cancel your membership, we will retain your data and only use, handle, and disclose it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will not receive any marketing material should you choose to Unsubscribe and opt out from email marketing and SMS marketing however data may be kept and handled with regards to your order/s. 

1.11 Any discounts available under the Amart Club program do not apply to the purchase of gift cards or bonus offers and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or item that is on sale at Amart stores that participate in Amart Club. 

1.12 Amart reserves the right to update the Amart Club program Terms & Conditions at any time and will notify you via the email address provided at the time of those updated Amart Club Terms & Conditions coming into effect. 

1.13 Members of the Amart Club program may receive delivery benefits from time to time but only for those members who are Australian residents and where the goods are being delivered to an Australian address that is within 20km from store of purchase, and within the range of postcodes and suburbs to which Amart delivers.
